Ryan Irving is a senior financial analyst. Ryan supports portfolio companies of Bridgewest Group with financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting functions. With an optimistic outlook, Ryan is driven to find solutions to complex problems.

Prior to joining Bridgewest Group, Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate.

Hannah W. Stuart is Senior Accounts Payable for Bridgewest Group. Hannah manages accounts payable activities including general ledger reviews, bank reconciliations, month-end closings, and special projects. Hannah works side by side with her colleagues, bringing structure, accuracy, and a meticulous attention for detail to her daily activities.

Hannah's experience spans various roles and companies. Most recently, she was an accounting manager for a Berkshire Hathaway owned company. Hannah is a Southern Wesleyan graduate, receiving her MBA in 2020.

Cindy Valdez is the corporate and compliance paralegal, with extensive experience in corporate governance, entity formation, regulatory compliance and transactional matters. Cindy ensures legal requirements are met while maintaining operational efficiency.

Cindy also assists with the formation and dissolution of business entities, maintains corporate records and minute books, and assists in preparing corporate documents including resolutions and compliance filings. She works closely with other firms to provide all required KYC and AML documents.

Cindy holds an associate degree in paralegal studies from the Center of Advanced Legal Studies and is on track to complete a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences with a minor in Legal Studies at the end of 2026.
